Shipping policy

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. International delivery will be available in the near future.

Delivery costs

Standard UK delivery is £3.95. Complimentary UK delivery on orders over £175. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00 pm (UK time) are usually dispatched on the same or next working day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm, on weekends or on UK public holidays are processed on the next working day. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
