Our products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken at the time of order using the payment methods available at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you before dispatch to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it and issue a full refund.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery costs and timeframes.
Returns and cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law. In addition, we offer 30-day returns on full-price items. Please see our Returns Policy for full details on how to return an item and how refunds are processed.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

All content on this website, including images, text and designs, belongs to UnTouch Ltd and may not be used without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you place it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
